Host questions, answered.

How often is the bin emptied?
Weekly minimum, 7 days a week. If it overflows, we increase frequency automatically.
What happens if the bin gets damaged or graffitied?
We repair cosmetic damage on the next pickup. Structural damage is fixed in 7 business days. Vandalism is addressed within 24 hours.
Do I need to promote the bin or do any work?
No. The bin has a placard with your name and ours. We handle all marketing and operations.
What does the Massachusetts textile ban mean for me?
If your property generates one ton or more of waste weekly and tenants leave textiles, you are covered. The bin makes you compliant.
Can I remove or relocate the bin later?
Yes. Tell us anytime. We move or remove it within 5 business days, no questions.
Do you provide any data about what's collected?
Monthly. You get pounds collected, diversion impact, and MA-DEP-aligned data for your sustainability report.
