- How often is the bin emptied?
- Weekly minimum, 7 days a week. If it overflows, we increase frequency automatically.
- What happens if the bin gets damaged or graffitied?
- We repair cosmetic damage on the next pickup. Structural damage is fixed in 7 business days. Vandalism is addressed within 24 hours.
- Do I need to promote the bin or do any work?
- No. The bin has a placard with your name and ours. We handle all marketing and operations.
- What does the Massachusetts textile ban mean for me?
- If your property generates one ton or more of waste weekly and tenants leave textiles, you are covered. The bin makes you compliant.
- Can I remove or relocate the bin later?
- Yes. Tell us anytime. We move or remove it within 5 business days, no questions.
