What we collect
When you donate, partner, fundraise, or contact us, we collect the information you submit on the form: name, email, phone, organization, location, and any free-text notes. We also log basic site analytics (page views, anonymized IP, referrer) via Google Analytics.
How we use it
We use form submissions to respond to your inquiry: schedule a pickup, plan a drive, ship a bin, or answer your question. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except (a) the service providers we use to deliver the service (Cloudflare, Twenty CRM, Resend, Cal.com, Mapbox), and (b) when required by law.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies for essential site functionality and Google Analytics for anonymized usage reporting. You can disable analytics in your browser settings. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
How long we keep your data
Inquiry records stay on file for as long as the relationship is active plus three years for accounting and audit purposes. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@bincentives.com.
Children
Bincentives' services are intended for adults responsible for textile disposal at residential, commercial, faith, or municipal properties. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion. Email hello@bincentives.com. We respond within 30 days.
