bincentives.com is the public website of Bincentives Group LLC, a Massachusetts-registered LLC operating a textile recycling service across MA and CT. By using this site you agree to these terms.
Services described
The site describes our services: free clothing-bin hosting, donor home pickup, fundraiser drives, municipal partnerships, and corporate ESG-aligned diversion. Service availability and pricing are subject to change. Specific terms for each service are confirmed in writing before any commitment.
Donations
Bincentives is a for-profit company, not a registered 501(c)(3). Donations to a Bincentives bin or pickup do not qualify for federal tax-deduction treatment. Use a qualifying charity if a tax deduction is your goal.
Acceptable use
Do not deposit hazardous, wet, or contaminated items in our bins. Do not abuse, scrape, or attempt to circumvent the site's locator or forms. We may refuse service to anyone violating these terms.
Trademarks
Bincentives, the Bincentives wordmark, and the polo-shirt mark are trademarks of Bincentives Group LLC. Do not use them without written permission.
Liability
Bincentives is not responsible for items left at a bin or pickup site that are subsequently lost, damaged, or removed by third parties before our scheduled pickup. We carry commercial auto and general liability insurance for our service operations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Massachusetts law. Any dispute will be resolved in Worcester County, Massachusetts.
