Frequently asked

Quick answers.

Is pickup really free?
Yes. No subscription, no minimum bag count. The family covers route cost from the resale value of usable textiles.
What if I miss the window?
Reschedule from your confirmation email, or call 508-414-8305. We will do another route through your block within 48 hours.
Will you take wet or moldy items?
No. Wet, moldy, or contaminated textiles are not recyclable and may compromise the load. See the full accept list.
Do you provide a tax receipt?
Bincentives is a for-profit textile recycler, not a 501(c)(3). For tax-deductible donations, we recommend the local Salvation Army or Goodwill. We do email a pound-weight confirmation for personal records.
