Quick answers.
- Is pickup really free?
- Yes. No subscription, no minimum bag count. The family covers route cost from the resale value of usable textiles.
- What if I miss the window?
- Reschedule from your confirmation email, or call 508-414-8305. We will do another route through your block within 48 hours.
- Will you take wet or moldy items?
- No. Wet, moldy, or contaminated textiles are not recyclable and may compromise the load. See the full accept list.
- Do you provide a tax receipt?
- Bincentives is a for-profit textile recycler, not a 501(c)(3). For tax-deductible donations, we recommend the local Salvation Army or Goodwill. We do email a pound-weight confirmation for personal records.
